Founded in 1995 on the initiative of Claude Lemoine and Michel Rousson, under the aegis of the International Association of Occupational Psychology of French Language, this review publishes original articles, reviews of questions, reports of research, including those carried out on the ground or from the point of view of application. It also presents reports of works and notes on the topicality of the field Audience Organization and occupational psychology is addressed to the teachers, to the researchers and to the experts of the field and to a vaster public: students, persons in charge for human resources, administrative, ergonomicists, doctors of work… Objectives The principal topics relate to the individual aspects, psychosocial and structural of work and the organizations. By way of nonexclusive examples, one can quote the questions carrying about: the management and the development of human resources (formation, competences, innovation), the organization and the evaluation of the systems (change, communication, climate), the articulations man-organization-techniques (cultural representations, aspects, negotiation, co-operation, style of direction), health (wellbeing, working conditions, stress, risks, safety), environment, psychological aspects related on employment and nonemployment (selection, orientation, evaluation of the people, insertion, identity, implication), the role of the psychologist (expertise, council, mode of intervention), epistemology, methodology and deontology.
