Important notice to authors

The articles suggested which present an empirical research, a work of synthesis, an assessment of the literature… must follow the standards of publication of the review. Work must satisfy the criteria of scientific checking and be presented in an open language.
Two appraisers ensure the expertise of it, the following which they are accepted, with or without modifications, or refused.
The presentation of the article must conform in all points with the following recommendations. In the event of nonconformity of the presentation the document will be turned over to the authors.
